Every class at McLean RSVP Fitness is led by a certified coach with real competitive experience in powerlifting, strength sports, or functional fitness. We run barbell strength, metabolic conditioning, kettlebell circuits, mobility, and open lifting sessions throughout the week.

All classes are included in every membership tier. Drop-in rates are available for visitors. The schedule below is on Eastern Time. Ask the front desk about specialty workshops and seminars held on select weekends.

Marco Torres
Head Strength Coach — Powerlifting & Barbell

Marco holds a degree in Kinesiology from Virginia Tech and has competed in USAPL powerlifting for over a decade, earning multiple state-level podium finishes. He designed McLean RSVP Fitness's core barbell programming and coaches athletes ranging from first-time lifters to competitive powerlifters preparing for sanctioned meets.

Dana Kim
Conditioning Coach — MetCon & Kettlebell

Dana brings twelve years of group fitness and functional conditioning experience to McLean RSVP Fitness. A former collegiate sprinter at George Mason University, she now specializes in metabolic conditioning programs that build work capacity without sacrificing strength. Her classes consistently draw the largest attendance in the weekly schedule.

Mobility Coach — Recovery & Movement

Sofia is a licensed physical therapy assistant and certified personal trainer who leads McLean RSVP Fitness's mobility and recovery programming. Her sessions bridge the gap between training and long-term athletic health, addressing the movement restrictions and tissue quality issues that limit performance for most strength athletes over time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need experience with weights to join?
No prior experience is needed. Every new member starts with a complimentary movement assessment so your coach understands your background and can recommend the right starting point. Our coaches work with beginners and experienced athletes in the same sessions.
What equipment does the facility have?
Our 22,000-square-foot facility includes 10 dedicated powerlifting platforms, a full free-weight section from 5 to 150 lbs, cable machines, conditioning rigs, kettlebells, assault bikes, and a turf lane for sled work and carries. Locker rooms with showers are available to all members.
How do I cancel my membership?
All memberships are month-to-month. Cancel at any time by contacting our front desk or emailing info@mcleanrsvp.com before your next billing date. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.
Is parking available at the gym?
Yes. McLean RSVP Fitness has a dedicated surface lot and parking garage with ample spaces directly adjacent to the building on Chain Bridge Road. Overflow parking is available on the street and in the adjacent retail lot during evening hours.
Do you offer personal training sessions?
Yes. Private one-on-one coaching is available with all three of our staff coaches. Personal training sessions start at $85 per hour. Packages of 5 and 10 sessions are also available at a reduced per-session rate. Contact us to schedule a consultation.
Are drop-in visits available for non-members?
Yes. Drop-in access for a single class is $22. Drop-in open floor access without a class is $18. All visitors must complete a brief intake form on their first visit. There is no limit on the number of drop-in visits before committing to a membership.
